ok basicly i wanna start competing in bench press only powerlifting, but i have no idea what im doing lol i was wondering if anyone can hook me up with a training routine i can follow thatll get my bench up... i cnt train legs due to a fucked up hamstring, and preferably i want my routine to be 4+ days a week if anyone can help me out it will be much appreciated! thanks
