Managed to get back to the gym today, had a couple of weeks off as I've had a flu-bug-thing, i did go to the gym for bench session on Thursday which was so bad i didnt post it up, ive defo lost some strength since ive been ill which has really pissed me off but the show must go on. Squats today;
