    Much, much better deadlift session yesterday, was gonna stick 150 on but stuck with 147.5 as only managed 4x5 last week, did 5x5 and it flew up, plenty more in the tank so looking forward to getting back up to 150 next week. Assistance stuff went ok, nothing ...

    5x5x65 (bit of help on the last rep). Set up getting better and weight going up....very slowly!

    Bench is by far my weakest lift and is way behind my squat ...

    Deadlift today, not deadlifted for a few weeks, since before i was ill so have dropped the weight a bit and will work it back up again.

  5. Progress 24/01/2010

    Managed to get back to the gym today, had a couple of weeks off as I've had a flu-bug-thing, i did go to the gym for bench session on Thursday which was so bad i didnt post it up, ive defo lost some strength since ive been ill which has really pissed me off but the show must go on. Squats today;
