hey man! Yeah i lost 12kg while recovering from an injury (couldnt get stronger so thought of getting fitter and faster meanwhile), and now the strength is slowly creeping back - without the weight gain this time!

hence getting rid of the beloved METAL gear - which i didnt get a chance to use in the first place!
