You gonna compete this year then Millsy? I beat you to the 400lb bench AND the 200kg bench you know! ;)

Is this legal in any UK feds?

I think it's legal in BPC (for now), might have to get a bit of velcro and close the back to cover the purple spotty mounds of flesh on my back.

Jonny - does one have to wear nipple clamps, ball gags, or any other gear to enjoy the full benefit of this garment?

Funkey monkey - You can have it for £80. It cost well more than double that at the time (had it for a while now, just never used it).

Tom - benching is for girls anyway you fanny;) Will be competing in some u105/intermediate strongman shows. May do some powerlifting again near the end of the year but haven't competed since I last saw you in Doncaster.

Doc - you can do whatever you like in it as long as you pay the £ for it :D

Jonny, when I benched 200 I had just squatted 275 and then deadlifted 237.5 (okay that last one is shit ). I didn't just bench! Mind you, when I benched 202.5 it was bench only. Which strongman comps are you doing?

Well, in your defence, you did cover the distance from the wings to the bench in record time (cf. YouTube video). I've seen people sprint out like that when deadlifting, but less common on bench...

Indeed! I was trying to wind myself up and get it over and done with as quickly as possible so I could eat more malt loaf... ;)

Which fed do you lift in Tom? Squat's looking healthy there! Are you down to 100kg yet?

I'm doing the Northern qualifier for England's Strongest Man (under 105kg) on March 15th and Sugden's Strongest Man on Feb 21st.

Jonny - I've always been confused by shirt sizes.

Do you mean that this shirt is to fit someone with a 44" chest (which is roughly where I am)?

Looks like you're progressing nicely Tom, keep it up!

Here's a TV interview I did with Joni for Channel M today about the comp I'm doing tomorrow:
