Hi everyone. i'm pete from new zealand. was just playing round on the net taking an intrest in powerlifting round the world when i found this site. i've been training for bout 1 1/2 years now. i'm 21 and my body weight is bout 94-96kg. my best lifts in comp are 177.5kg squat, 105kg bench, 195kg deadlift. unoffically 2 reps at 190kg squat, 130kg bench and 200kg deadlift. my gilrfriend got me into lifting and her father trains us in his garage.

Welcome. You will have to come to Genesis for a session - will only take you 24 hours and £1,000 to get here but it would be worth it. Rob can't even be bothered to travel the 30 minutes it would take....

Rob who? We forgotten him already? He's that scrawney one who sometimes makes the effort to come and train with Steven....if he was dedicated he would easily find a way to travel and he might pack on some size and muscle....

No, no I would have used words like toned, svelt, ripped and never scrawney....or fat, ugly, wobbly etc.....

NZ are your lifts all raw cause they are pretty good considering you are training in a garage and for your age etc...

thanks guys. na my lifts aren't raw. only just started using suits. best raw squat is 170 and bench is 100 and deadlift 180
