Hi there,
Been lurking here for a while,and finally thought it was time to say hi. I've spent years doing assorted bodybuilding routines, and while I did gain some strength, I felt i could do better, and wanted to learn how. I entered a club competition last year where I posted a total of 570kg in the 100kg class, and I'm hoping to build on from there. My best lifts at the moment are:
Squat: 200kg
Dead: 230kg
Bench: 150kg
Any advice is welcomed.
