Hi there,
Been lurking here for a while,and finally thought it was time to say hi. I've spent years doing assorted bodybuilding routines, and while I did gain some strength, I felt i could do better, and wanted to learn how. I entered a club competition last year where I posted a total of 570kg in the 100kg class, and I'm hoping to build on from there. My best lifts at the moment are:

Squat: 200kg
Dead: 230kg
Bench: 150kg

Any advice is welcomed.

How old are you? Are you looking at competing?

I'm 27; I want to compete, but I realise I'm gonna have to dampen my competitive streak and focus on something else other than winning for a while!

Welcome mate..

nah don't ignore him, just dont wear vests (black, tight variety complemented with wooly hats), squat without eating, talk about the olympics, leave the forum, make spelling mistakes, detinately dont say anything stupid.. and you won't have to endure his wrath :)
