Just stumbled over the site and signed up so thought id say hello.
Ive only been into lifting for about 6 months, got into it to drop some flab really but loved to see my lifts grow. Dont know if ill be doing the hardcore PL route yet but i recon theres something to be learned from every aspect of training.
Im from Newcastle, 25, 282lbs at about 26% bf at the mo (down from 310@36%) 1RM Lifts at the moment are:-
Dead = 165kg (done after a stronglifts 5x5 session so should be higher)
Squat = 130kg
Bench = 110kg
