I want to get a home gym going but i aint sure on what/where to get everything, i was thinking of a power rack /w a bench and around 220kg of plates;
10 x 20kg
2 x 10kg
2 x 5kg
2 x 2.5kg
4 x 1.25kg
8 x 0.25kg
So i can cover all the parts.
I was looking at equipment and i wasnt entirely sure on what to get. I was going to get a walk in squat rack but couldnt find one which i had seen and liked.
