Nice mate, your very strong for your weight, at 69kg I was benching maybe 90kgx2 but it was'nt paused like yours or anything.

lol he was infront of the bench and big brian was taking the vid n he can lift 90kg as if it was nothing

Also watch the rear end lifting, do not get into that habbit (i.e don;t watch 80% of gym goes who bench, find a proper lifter who will be honest with you)
