I hope Wales do well against every other team tho....

I did change your post to favour Wales but I put it back as non-rugby fans don't understand the banter LOL!

Anyway, it's more a case of England v The Ospreys isn't it? After all, there are 13 of them in the Welsh team!

come on Ireland.

you know we still live off the Ireland V Enlgand at croke park last febuary buzz hahaha

This year will be the first year in 18 years that I haven't been to Ireland for the Ireland v Wales game! Some of the lads are getting a bit fed up with going to Dublin all the time and fancied a change. Others wanted to go to Dublin again so in the end, we didn't book anything LOL!

ROb - Not again mate, I can understand why you left it tho lol....

It's all right Ger, England are still buzzing from being in the World cup Final AGAIN!!!!!!

Smashing the fook out of the aussies AGAIN and spanking the French in their own back yard……I’ll be there on sat singing along………BTW – I fooking hate the osprays, they played quins this year in the cup, three fans were sitting behind me and the boys at the stoop (quins ground) and they were absolute knob heads. Needless to say, when me and the boys offered to discuss how “pathetic English rugby is” outside the ground, they shut up, shit themselves and left the match early……and why is Gavin Henson orange????

I thought one of the good things about rugby was that you didn't get stupid cunts in the crowd wanting to have fights the whole time (it's confined to the pitch - lol). Am I a bit out of touch?

I think you get nob heads wherever you go or do these days cunty. I once saw a fat guy high squatting in a santa's hat too.

Been playing rugby and watching rugby all my life, fighting - loads of fighting on the pitch!!! Only "banter" off the pitch!!

But these guys were sitting in the season ticket holder section of the ONLY LONDON based rugby union team in the prem.
Right across the road from Twickers stadium - (home of English rugby) and they were slating English players / English rugby.....these guys were arsholes if they didn’t think quins fans such as myself were not going to get mad! I don’t mind banter - but these guys were suicidal!!

the whole England team train at my uni, Bath uni training village, saw Hodgson, hes a skinny guy, was quite suprised about how hard the players train to be honest, which was not very hard at all, or heavy, just 60-65kg cleans!

all the girls got pics with Johnny Wilkinson, dunno why though

Good luck England, hope you guys win it for us!

going for heavy cleans probably wouldnt be the best thing to do if you have an international game at the weekend

Oh dear!! What happened?? Judging by the first half I thought England were going to run rings round Wales. I think a different team came out second half.

Well done to Wales. They soaked up a lot of pressure first half then just grew with confidence when they levelled and out played England from then on. A great win.

GER- I didn’t speak to soon - I'd gladly compare England’s Rugby heritage to Ireland / Scotland / Wales and see who has won more cups – more matches etc…….

Wales didn’t win the match - England lost it!!

England was all over them for 40 mins! It should have been game over by then.

HOWEVER England did not turn up in the second half. We let Wales back in and they took advantage! Well done to Wales, but lets be honest, in the second half my Sunday team could of wiped the floor with England!

To be fair to the Taffs they did what they needed to and won the game.
Tis a bastard to ever loose to the Taffs or France.

England were so shit it was scary, three times I saw front 5 players marking centres.
They were so shit I have just had my call up for the next game and I think Big Lad Brad has been called to play fullback.

Come on, we've got a new Messiah now and we're going to get the Grandslam this year and for the next 3 years before putting the icing on the cake and winning the world cup after that.

Well, we can dream on can't we LOL?

To be fair, I thought England would stuff us and at half time, I was getting ready for a bombardment of text messages from all my mates over the border (spent most of my working days in Bristol, Swindon, Cheltenham etc) but funnily enough, none came...

Matt- Just had my call up, they want me on the wing! LOL

Rob - You have a good Coach Yes indeed, but 13 osprays in an international squad??

Scary thing to do mate! I doubt the french will fook up the same way England did! - Again, not to cause an upset but the Osprays are hardly setting the the mark in club rugby are they??

Cant see England making the same mistake again - if they do I'm going to kill em!! Glad I didnt pay the £500 ticket price to watch the match.....got in for free!!! - Wish I stayed at home now...lol

I think that the heavy use of Ospreys in the starting line up was mostly due to the lack of time that Gatland has actually had with the team. I think he gambled on the fact that the Ospreys haven't been playing too bad lately and that there would be less chance of the set pieces, especially the lineout going tits up, or at least, not as bad as it could be as they play together week in week out.

We definately played better when the likes of Shanklin and Gethin Jenkins came on just after half time so I doubt he'll go with as many Ospreys next time against Scotland - at least not in the starting line up anyway.

You've got to remember that the coach is still brand new and that he's had hardly any time with the players yet.

It was also nice to see that the team wasn't full of Scarlets "has beens". At least the new coach doesn't have any history or bias to any of the current clubs or regions so that should be a good thing. I think we've seen the end of the like of Stephen Jones and Dwayne Peel now as Mike Phillips and James Hook are definately the boyos for the future.

Apparently, Mike Phillips was also a very good ametur boxer and his father and brothers were/are also very good too. The time came when he had to decide between boxing and rugby as he had the potential to be very good in either and fortunately for Welsh rugby, he chose rugby!

I'm sure England will bounce back and will have a point to prove in their next game!

fair point Rob. From a club point of view, If I was an osprays fan I would be well pissed off if there were injuries picked up etc.....I'm still pissed off about strettle!! Quins wont see him for a while......Do the osprays have to play while the six nations are going on if so god help em, english clubs do......
