As far as i'm concerned, nox pump is just amino acids and vitamins/minerals. Can't guarantee you, but i'm 99% sure it's fine.

If you're 18 then you're not under 18. You'll be under 20.

In BWLA, you can be under 18 if you're 18! It goes by your age on 1st January. So if you're 18 on 2nd January, you're an 18 year old under 18 for the remainder of the calendar year.:)
