Is it instructional in the way of setting up programs?
does it go into details of how he plans his training or periodize it?

ive seen the chuck V dvd and i have to say its basically just a fly on the wall type of thing, louie does explain some things but not well enough imo, it goes through circa max phase but it goes right over my head. not until i read and read about it did it make sense. even though i think WSB is the bee's knees the dvd stuff went way over my head.

anyway my point

the bolton DVD trailer shows andy sitting down one on one with the camera, this is what we want most so it looks good to me basing it on the trailer. another good DVD is the exercise index DVDs from elite fts. they are really in depth and touch on the smallest things
