Hey guys, been training for 2 or 3 years now mainly just to look good lol. But thinking of taking it alot more seriously now and entering some comps.

Can You look at my current lifts and tell me where im at lol.
Lifts at 80 kg but will get down to 75 kg no probs.

Bench 125kg

Deadlift 180 Kg

Squat 160 Kg

Im also looking for some sort of program to get my lift weights up before comp can anyone help me out.

Welcome. I always reckon double bodyweight squats and deads and over bodyweight bench is a good base to start from and you've certainly got that. Rather than give detailed advice, read some of the other guys logs on here, pick a system that you think will suit you, try that, and change if it's not doing much after about eight weeks. And if you keep a log on here, you'll get some helpful comments. Also spend a couple of hours (yes, hours!) in the Articles section. Time well spent!

Other best advice I can give is find other powerlifters to train with. Where are you based? Which fed do you plan to lift in?

Hey thanks for the reply, Im currently studying at St mary's university in Twickenham. Have a few really good powerlifters in my gym. Some of them British juniour record holdres etc.
