i dont think that from this front view you can tell, need a side view to check depth.
As far as the squat, form looked prity good and came up nicely, try to get a side vid next time be much easier to check for depth then.

Thanks keith. i did take a side vid but the plates got in the bloody way so it's even worse. can't see my thighs at all
from what i saw at the british (and my experience with front on squat vids) i would say that its a fail funkster, like keith said, it came up easy.
r u doing the open and whats the plan ?

Boar, i'm deffo doing the open.
Plan - squat 215/230/240
bench 115/125 raw then 155 attempt shirted
deadlift - 180/200/210
All at 90kg class. Will have to try and go deeper in all my lifts. Thanks for the advice. They were pretty strict at the British and i don't wanna bomb. No Sir.

Going on the angle it's filmed at, looks about 2" high if not more to me.
Like the way the bar is loaded with 15kg plates...LOL
good luck mate, does the suit hinder you with lighter weights or can you sink a ball scraper as your first, then you may get the benefit of the doubt on further lifts.
your not trying out an Uber tight shirt are you ? may only get 5 mins to roger it on and mabie a little tester ?

15s makes the weight look more. The cheap bar bent lots and it made it look even more. The screaming was just the icing on the cake.
Boar - I can go deeper with 215kg and am confident i can go deeper with 230 and get it back up. The shirt isn't too bad, might take 3mins or so to get on. It's a 42 rage-x which i got when i was 80kg. I'm working on stretching the shirt out so i MIGHT be able to get away with doing just one raw number (120 or so).

it did look a bit high, looked easy to set up ? i didnt see any spotters ? if you are setting 230kgs up that easy then you should lift more weight.

I agree with suffolkmike. I want at least 250 out of you!
