hi,been looking on here for a while now, good info.About me ive been body building for a while now,all clean. For the past six months or so ive been setting my own powerlifting goals in deadlifts ,bench, squats,my strength increase has been huge, and ive made some excellent size gains,so now ive decided to stop pumping a muscle and get it to lift something.im really here to get advice,im looking for a good powerlifting diet to gain size and strength, and a good routine, meaning a good programme which will work out all the muscles needed for strength and powerlifting.thanks.(love the logos do you do car stickers and t shirts etc?)

Welcome.
Powerlifting routines don't need to be difficult. Just keep them simple incorporating the core exercises and put in 110% effort.

welcome grimbo, do a search through the threads and you can see various threads about routines.
It will give you a lot of ideas about how to train:)
