hello lads just thought id post my journal ive just started training for p,lifting more used to circut training,anyway ive known tom tbench for a few years now and decided to train with tom,im 19 weigh 80k not to good at bench or squat as im 6f 1, squat seems hard,tom said i did well on d,lift 160k
today was to get my 3 1rep maxes to work out a training plan so tom said:icon_puz:
did 90k squat too below parallel
65k bench
160k d,lift

first one is 150k
2nd 160k
with some good grunting :)
