My first win at the end of April 2007

The RAW DEADLIFT COMPETITION in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.

I pulled a super easy 585lb for the win. I was all set to RIP 675lb that day but 4 days prior I had injured my right hamstring with a severe strain and bruise.

I worked until 4:00am the night before - the weigh in was at 10:00!!!!

POWERLIFTING IS FUN!!!! This is the greatest sport :)

Nice pulling. Was it a single lift or did u bench/squat aswell?

If you put a new bench shirt on and it's pretty tight, are u likely to have a big dump? Sorry, can't help myself :D

Seriously, strong stuff. I know how it feels to lift when you're exhausted. Is your hamstring still strained? The bruising sounds like you tore it.

Your arms look like their a little wide apart if your brought them in a tiny amount you prob would have better leverage.
