That is all that i have done in my first two sessions with the instructor that is training me. I still have to do a third session with him. So those exercises will be DEADLIFTS and MID ROWS.

I will keep you all posted on my last session wiyh the instructor that is training me, after i finish all my sessions with him i will be on my own. So I will need to plan my weights very carefully. I hope you guys will help me out and support me along the way:D

Whats your bodyweight?

Seems like he's got you on a method of pyramiding up then down again (sorry to state the obvious :) )

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention a few details about myself.

I am about 5 foot 6 and i weigh about 71kg, my ultimate goal is get over 100kg in weight.

With training anything that i can lift more than what i have done before will be awesome.

My trainer told me that he wants to see what i can do for a 1 rep max and maybe after all the sessions are done maybe i will go back to lighter weights and work up from there. But i will be on my own once we have done the last session together.

Once i finish the last session and i find out my 1 rep max for deadlift, do you think i should go down to a certain weight and try increase it week by week or work from percentages. I will also ask him but i wanted everybodys thoughts and opinions:)

Whats up fella's, I did my last session with the trainer and it went great. I did DEADLIFTS and DUMBELL SHOULDER PRESSES. He said we should do these instead of the mid rows because he made a mistake on the program. Any way here goes

DEADLIFTS
40kg x 5 reps
60Kg x 5 reps
90kg x 3 reps
100kg x 2 reps
100kg x 2 reps
70kg x 3 reps
70kg x 3 reps

DUMBELL SHOULDER PRESS
20kg x 5 reps
25kg x 5 reps
25kg x 3 reps
22.5kg x 4 reps
20kg x 5 reps

4 sets of 10 reps for abs.

I will be including some grip work on squat day, some STATIC HOLDS. It was a hard session today and i was sweating like a pig. Anyway i cant wait to go back and train hard.

Hey guys whats up. I just wanted to get a bit of advice from everybody. How long i should i stay with this routine that i am on now, and do yous think i should add more exercises in after i build some strength or try a different program.

I have the book Starting Strength and i think the program looks good and i also think that stephan kortes 3x3 program looks good too.

Does anybody have any opinions or experience with these programs and would they be a good thing for me to try in the future:)
