Yes he is a big lad and is in very good shape but his chest is seriously lacking behind the rest of his body...
42 days to get some more size on that chest and he should do very well.

erm....:confused:it doesnt quite work like that mate he will be lucky to keep the size he has now!
it might be the pose that causes his chest to look smaller, not that i think it is, he is in awsome shape from what i know

Shane is a strong lad aswell as being built like a bodybuilder. It amazes me how some bodybuilders get big and are weak as piss.

racist governement? sarkozy wasn't born in france, i'd say we'll have more immigration coz of his politics... rioting? no m8 that's just the medias... that wasn't so important! a few guys in a few cities. and my country is beautifull, sunny (in the south), a lot of english guys are going here maybe because of the prices, climate, etc...
