Hello everyone,
finally got some time to introduce myself. firstly what a great site have read every article justin has posted, very good reading. I am entering a singles comp in ten weeks having qualified earlier in the year, doing deadlift and bench raw(hey got to start somewhere). No training this week had a cold, thought the rest will do me good and my training partners in ibiza.
I have recently moved back from u.s.a, where i worked for a large gym chain(loved bursting those oversize footballs). my love for lifting started in my teens, long before core stability, when i olympic lifted under the guidance of the great louis martin. I will be lifting in the 100kg cat as i am slightly obese(well according to the bmi index) hence no pics and i don't want to scar any of you mentally. Thanks for reading, enjoy your lifting:)

Welcome to the site - good luck with the comp. I like this post, you sound like a border line mental case. (I'm sure you're not:icon_wub: )

Don't forget to tell us what your training partner though of his Ibiza holiday or any other random part of your life.:?: :D :D
