It's a room inside a barn on a farm. A fella who i used to work for owns it but the equipments what i have collected up over the past few years. Been in there for around 6 months now but got it tidied up (sort of) the other day so thought id take a couple of pics.

now that we've seen the before pics when will we c the afters neil?haha only kidding,i c a glute-ham there,everything looks pretty hardcore.

Live about 25 min drive from hull.yeah it doesnt seem to stay tidy for long, saying that i collected up 4 dust bin liners of rubbish so its much improved:p

wots the point of glute ham machines, they isolate muscles, we're not bodybuilders here! we are powerlifters, stop with the bb exercises

glute-ham raises r the most productive assistence exercise a powerlifter can do 4 the squat/d'lift.westside practially live on them..come on u must have heard of this exercise??

is a glute/ham where u lye/lie on your front and the weight (via cables) RESTS ON YOUR ACHILLIES (CAPS) tendon and you curl the weight back ??

aaahhh, i can honestly say ive never seen them befor - a bit like hyperextentions , but different.

how often are you in the buff whilst performing them neil ??

How often have you used a GHR, and how often have seen a bodybuilder using one?
