Hey,

Training yesterday I broke 2 PB;
135kg x 2
140kg x 2

Well happy :p

If only I could make progress with my squats now

..... forgot to say that was lifting with no belt, straps, suit etc. (Just LOTS of chalk!)

Feel like I'm finally getting the hang of the Deadlift and making gains with it, after training seriously in StrongWoman and now Powerlifting for the last 9months.

Every PB generally represents a lot of hard work.

lol, I'd be in the 90kg + class. Thanks for the feedback guys.

I want to hit 180kg DL in summer 2007. I've yet to compete in Powerlifting, but would like to have ago next year, alongside StrongWoman comps.

I think my BP (60kg for 2 reps) is ok and I'm happy with the progress in my DL, but my squats suck, so thats something I've really got to work on.
