I've done the 405 :) The 8 x 45LB wheels :) RAW (why do people capitalize this?)

I guess it's small potatoes for you guys, and at 100kg it's probably small potatoes for me also. But I only recently switched from tossing heavy weights around in a pseudo-bodybuilding style (lifting heavy and NOT dieting) dreaded split system - after stumbling onto criticalbench.com by accident, and then finding this place with its wealth of articles and experience, I changed my style of training, discovered assistance exercises and how to do them - so after around 2 months my bench went up by around 60Lbs!!!!

I know most of this was due to learning to bench properly and the confidence a good base on the bench gives while weight is hovering around over your body. I know I won't gain this fast in the future - but I have the confidence to keep working hard and hopefully gain steadily.

Anyway - I just wanted to share this with everyone & say a big thank you for all the information on this site.

Well done mate, it's ALWAYS good to get a PB no matter what level you lift at and as you still sound relatively new to the sport, expect a lot more of them over the next year or so.

Keep it up!
