I've just dug up some old vids from last year when I was 20.
160kg squats for 5 reps (not amazing technique!)
http://media.putfile.com/160kgsquat
140kg bench press single (horrific technique!!!)
http://media.putfile.com/140kgbench
Not the best, sorry!
On the squat vid how heavy are those yellow disks then? If they're 20's then you have 180kg

The yellow disks are 15kg's each - there's a 10kg on each side as well but you can't see them in the vid unfortunately.

Good on you for posting mate, and welcome to the site.
Those are the sloppiest squats I've seen in ages!!  You need a tigher stance, breathe into your belt - keep tight.
I don't know where to start on the bench:shock: Keep at it though, cos' you've got some good raw strength there to build on.

Squats: well, I'm not a powerlifter and those were more than double bodyweight squats, i wouldn't expect perfect form!
The bench: I was only messing around for the camera, I'd done a massive session the day before and was really off par!
Enough excuses, I'm getting back into the game now, looking forward to putting on some serious strength!
I am GOING to hit 155kg for my RAW bench by Jan!! Then I'll enter my first comp :)

Best of luck with your objectives, you sound as if you've got a good attitude.
Think about keeping everything tight when you squat though - you'll lift more and reduce the risk of injury - its not easy but you should try and keep form, irrespective of the weight on the bar.

No, that's not the gym we went to, it the one I used to go to in Shrewsbury.
The gym manager was tight as fuck and only employed kids who were at the local 6th form collage - it was some work experience thing where he only had to pay them 2 pounds an hour!! They didn't have any training or anything!!!
If that's not a litigation case waiting to happen I don't know what is!!!!!

Id rather have that spotter when i was attempting 130kg raw bench press, and couldnt lift the bar off my chest because my spotter was high on weed and his mind was in fuckin nowhere. Ive learnt a lesson now, 2.5 months without training chest, now getting back into it, 110kg bench press last week!
