My brother weight 75kg lifting raw age 15-16 goals to bench over 100kg and total over 400kg,today was his first day back after a holiday and thus his first day of preps(did very well with 4 inch board presses with 140kg:) )

140kg?? Are you shitting me? Great performance from the not so little man... What's he hoping to squat and pull??

And Jonny the british affiliate is the BDFPA. I know a few english guys are heading over to us (it's in Cork, south of Ireland like).

yeah his bench has really come up,i am getting him a single ply shirt for when he goes GPC next year and i am confident he should bench pretty big at that stage.
his squat is his weakest lift his current raw squat max is 130kg but hes hit 170kg from one over parallel so i will see how he does in the following weeks.
pull is over 160kg i havent actually a good idea where it is at the moment.

@Boar,its sickening the amount of feds that exist isnt it:icon_pee: but to be fair i think much more than 50%of irish powerlifters compete in that fed its pretty popular.
