Hi all. Welcome to my journal.
I will post all of my training in here plus anything else I feel like sharing.
Be warned. This journal will be full of positive postings and optimistic attitudes. If this bothers you, then please stay away.
For those positive people here, I hope you enjoy reading whatever drivel I decide to write.

Yesterdays training is listed below. I am really enjoying this powerlifting training although I feel exhausted at the end of a session.
I am PB'ing every session though, which is nice, so it is pretty easy to stay motivated at the moment.
Squats - 5 sets x 5 reps - 115kg
Deadlift - 5 sets x 5 reps - 115kg
Good Morning - 3 x 8 - 45kg (Legs fine, lower back exhausted)
Bent over row - 3 x 8 - 60kg (Too easy)
unilateral Lying Leg curls - 15kg (Rehab)
Tired.
Leg day on Monday. I love training legs. I look forward to it. I hate training chest and back though. Too boring!
Thanks for tuning in. Have a good weekend.

Loving the simplicity of it!! Just be careful if you're going heavy on the squats on all 3 days.

Yeah. The amount of squats I am doing is pretty tiring. The Russian Squat programme only last in six week cycles though so I will be done with it for a while in 4 weeks time.
I will then start on a Bench specific programme then.:) My bench is going to be weak for a while I think.
I have 5 programmes ready to see me over the next 12 months. This first one is all about, basic exercises, keeping it simple, increasing the neurological pathways to the muscle and progressing fast. The next programmes are a little more complicated and a bit harder probably. Time will tell.
