At the moment I am interested in getting strong enough to enter a few competitions. At the moment I am lifting:

Deadlift: 180k

Bench: 130k

Squat: No squatting at the moment, due to a serious knee injury.

At 80k bodyweight.

My routine is a pretty simple one, I'm struggling to develop it because of the huge wealth of information on this site, and on the internet in general.

Monday: Bench as my main exercise (usually 5x5's, quite heavy),and as "assistance exercises", incline bench, clean and press, and dips.

Wednesday: Deadlifts as my main exercise. I usually work from 60k upwards with a few warm up sets. Then for work sets I might go 120k,140k, 150k, 160k, 170k, 180k.

The rest of the week I usually am a bit lost. I've gone from BB to PL, simply because I began to dislike the emphasis on appearance that BB'ing has. Now I just want to lift impressive weights (Eventually). So if I'm not too tired, and I feel good, I might repeat a few of these sessions. I don't train on a weekly basis, i prefer to train based on days between workouts, rather than days of the week.

I will be squatting as soon as I can, I have trouble with my knee because of a rugby injury.

I will update this as and when I can.

I hurt my knees years ago doing rugby and some other such activites,i found using a wide stance helps greatly reduce pressure on the knees,i would experiment with different stances until you find on that does not stress you overlly.
Nice lifts man i would suggest you try and find a more experienced powerlifter and learn from him as this is the best way to progress:)
