ha i will! how i am training now is very hard and is feels like normal so!
djeez i am shocked by myself joke ofcourse still have to train a lot

at the beginning i started with 35 kg squat
30 kg bench
60 kg deadlift
my first comp was 80 kg squat
45kg bench
115 kg deadlift
now i do 115 kg squat (these without suit)
70 kg bench (just one time with stop)
125.5 kg deadlift

Well that's incredible progress, you have done extremely well.
It's nice to see such enthusiam from a lady lifter. I wish you the best of luck at the GPC Worlds, by the sounds of it, you don't need it.
I'm sure Cornelius will take good care of you at the Worlds.

well i know there are not many woman powerlifters on my age but in belgium there are 3 allready from my age but they both whey more then me i compete in the -56kg class now in the 16-17 teenager woman!
i think thats sad but i hope more girls will do PL because it' an great sport!!!
