been a member for a while but decided to introduce myself after hearing jonnywildboar bang on about this site over on muscletalk.

my lifts are nothing spectacular so I am hoping to pick some tips up from you guys.

deadlift 220kg
benchpress 147.5kg(not paused, unsure of what i could do paused)
squat 175kg

vids of these lifts are here
http://www.youtube.com/my_playlists?p=D209DA8A64F59030

any tips or criticisms would be appreciated.

current routine is

session 1
squat
bench
barbell rows

session 2
deadlift
military press
chins

i leave 2 or 3 days between sessions depending on how i feel. i usually do 4 sets of 5 working up to a 5 rep max. when i stop progressing i drop down to singles doing four singles on each exercise working to my top weight.

any criticism of this would also be appreciated.

so after all that i really suppose i should just say hello.

we both know that your squat PB is gonna fall soon - all i needed to blast past the 200k barrier was a couple of brutes shouting !!! so get yer mates down the gym and crank up your phsycadelic camera.
