i have been working out for almost a year now this is what is what i started on what im on at the moment and is what im aiming for in the future

bodyweight 60kg now 97kg future (6 weeks) 97kg

deadlift 90kg now 192.5kg 200kg

benchpress 45kg now 105kg 117.5kg

squat 60kg now 152.5kg 155kg

clean and jerk 37.5kg now 97.5kg 100kg

So your goal is not to increase your weight any more?
Do you have any before and after pics because thats one hell of a weight increase you have made:o

no i intend to go into the 125kg but ive been ill recently thats why idont think il put any more weight on for a while i find i have a poor imune system from working out every day.

:p mate if your feeling sick having a low immune system it means your training TOO much cut it down,its very hard to train every day i can only do that for about two weeks then i have to cut back.
Less time in the gym more time in the kitchen;)

:o you have dropped from 97kg to 84kg in how long man:o i would go to the doctor if i were you because unless that is planned weight doesnt just fall off the body like that!
