Thanks Dave your help will be very important. This is what I've got in my head. Open squat with 320 then go 357.5 for the record, won't attempt third unless something goes wrong. Open bench at 252.5 for the record then go 265, 272.5. Open dead at 300 then go 322.5 for 952.5 the overall total record. Squatted 290 for 3 just belt and wraps tonight and pulled 290 for 2 singles. Squat felt good, dead felt slow. Training hasn't been too good with my house and work to sort out but next week will leave a six week cycle up to the show and as its bwla I'm 125+ so I don't have to worry about weight, Going to get some GF and Gakic on board and come in around 145 kilos. My confidence is up again and I'm feeling good. I'll call you soon. If you or anybody else has any advice about my plan for the show and getting those records feel free to post all your advice is welcome.

Funkey Monkey: Info about the Greater London Bench press here: http://powerlifting.org.uk/viewtopic.php?t=276. I think it's on the Thursday evening, but the dates and days don't marry up. Give the organiser a ring (his number is in the post to which I have linked).
Dave: I have a question. What are you doing posting at half one in the morning? Do you work nights or something? If you DON'T then going to bed earlier might help a bit. On a more serious note, unfortunately I don't know what the venue is like. I'm sure you know where it is, but if not (and for anybody wanting to come and watch), it's here: KIDLINGTON SPORTS CENTRE, OXFORDSHIRE, OX5 2NU. Hopefully I'll be able to come along and give you a shout, etc.
