You need the heavy metal to lift heavy metal:) i liked the music you played at the south east but only for dancing around a club to, not trying to get aggressive to lift big:mrgreen:

to be honest i am with Corn on this one, heavy metal rules.
dance music is ok if you want to hang around with a bunch of guys waveing dayglow sticks in the air and blowing whistles, but should not be for the gym or comp.
Still whatever floats your boat.
Lifted before in Belguim in Engheim ? back in 98 and it was a good trip.

hahaah sum good points here. Cornelius is right..you DO need the heavy metal before lifting metal..i choose Black label society or black dahlia murder personally...they have the tone to set u up!

It's Hatebreed or Throwdown for me. Can't beat good fast, aggressive Hardcore.

I like throwdown also especially the song Burn:twisted: at the end of the day its still a little too soft for me so i go for arch enemy or testament...some thing REAlly heavy:mrgreen:

I don't mean to be too heavy Cornelius but you really should restore your avatar.

The current one is offensive and cruel!
