Well my bench is coming along nicely, my squat is ok but my deadlift is still pants - got to get that sorted out this year once and for all!

Shame about those 'tests' you have to take, as it would suit me nicely, I'm hating all this equipment stuff, lol.

I only have to have the regular drug tests Nytol - the same as all the other lifters but BigBob has to have a shit load of other tests aswell - due to his "disease"...
