View Full Version : New to the site
im new here so thought i would say hi.
im 17, and have been training for about a year now
my best lifts to date are 125kg bench, 160kg squat and 155kg deadlift (although the last two were for at least 2 reps, so could go up fairly easily). im currently wieghing about 97kg.
looks like a great site, so look forward to hearing from everyone
ps if there is anyone in the yeovil area let me know, would be good to find someone to train with occasionally.
hi karl mate, yeovil is a little out of the way but your welcome to pop up to preston for a sesh:mrgreen:

Hi Karl.
Welcome to the site .. it's the best powerlifting forum with lifters from all federations regularly posting.
I know Yeovil a bit as have family in Crewkerne. Not sure where the good gyms are in that area tho.

haha its the only way ill actually budge a weight.yeh clara was great, my first but certainly not my last competition.seen eyr results from previous comps and i guess the word phonomenal springs to mind. Ive been resistance training for maybe over a year but only traning powerlifting style since november. i plan to be significantly stronger (and more aggressive) by the wdfpf worlds in november and then compete equipped next year. will you be in limerick for the WPF worlds?
