Thanks phil. Not too good. only hit 220 squat, 115 bench and 180 dead lift. My third attempt on the squat they miss loaded my bar. I asked for 230 and they put 240 but only one of the loaders loaded it to 240, so i really hurt my back on the way up.
Oh well you live and learn.

See now i said to carter that i don't want to win best junior at the worlds. If i do you will just say "well thats only because i'm in the open class now"

Will have to move to the 90's can't diet anymore. Plus april said i can;)

I'm sure your be happy to win it if you do anyway. 90 won't be any problem for you then. I guess after april saw me she fancied a bit of a bigger man rather than a boy, so I guess she'll be happy for you to add a bit of weight.
I will try to hit 125, I will be bulking all summer until the worlds.
How I weighed in at 106.3 I don't know I've just jumped on the scales all be it clothed but weighing 115!

Would still like to win it was just pissed off that the austrian moved to the 90's on the day.
Oh well will see him and the dutch boy who wieghed 90.2 and moved to the 100's. Told them both that i'll see them there in the 90's.

Will have to come over to see you in the summer then. Will bring the wife so your wife can teach her how to cook and then i will be in the 90's:)

When i usualy use one in competition i always step back then squat. When i got under the bar there it felt really good so i stayed where i was, they do take some getting used to. I wondered what the fuck it was when i first saw one at a comp.

If you know you are going to use one at a comp then i would get some practice in. They can throw you out abit.

When are you competing anyway. We want to the boar in action!

i will be competing @ 100kg's as my attempts to shift the lard are proving futile.

PMSL also need to get another suit as mu size 42 would look tight on posh spice im sure.

Jonny, don't know if you've used a monolift before but they do help and I think all comps should use them. And they are easy to get the handle of.

Well i was shagging all week when i was there. I think that might have something to do with it. :p ;)

Awesome, thats four people in the 90's already then, don't know if there will be any mexicans, most proberbly there always is.
