I had to post that pic because for one, it's soo damn funny and two, to show that I wasn't always a big guy. Believe it or not I used to train my ass off back then. It's just I used to follow all those stupid ass Flex and Muscle&Fitness magazine routines. They got me no where. Also, it didn't help that I was working ten hour days as a construction worker and eating shitty too. It wasn't until I simplified my routine and hit everything just one a week heavy that I actually put on some size.
Yeah, that bike might of looked cool but what a piece of crap. It pissed oil all over the driveway, constantly broke down and it was dangerous to ride. It was fun though when it ran.

Hi mike i am glad you posted that it kind of gives me hope that i can become a monster someday too. i am currently 22 years old and i can certainly relate to you on the training from 18 to 20 years old i had a 295 pound bench then i met ed coan and i started making progress from training with him i thought at first one day a week benching this cant work i though i had to do 3-4 bench sessions each all for like a million reps per set. but no i found the simpler it got the more progress i made then i met nick winters and trained with him for a while and he introduced me to speeddays max effort etc... now i have a 495lb raw bench .
