Myself and some of the powerlifting fans off MT had a bit of a meet up in manchester (flex n tone gym, salford)

It was my first attempt at squats since i tweaked my knee, my form isnt sorted quite yet....geeze,im always making excuses.....:D

Powerlifting meet ups?No dont really do them :confused: looks like a bit of fun though but next time i suggest getting a few hot girls to join the crew it really helps hard training;)

Looks good there johny. You can always come down my way for a session (training that is). My gym not as nice as that one though. Its in a wooden hut in the forest.
