just to let you know Phil r took overall bronze at the IPF europeans with 290sq (earned a silver for the squat) 175bench( pants for him) and 240 pull. Just missed out on silver overall by 10kg.

well guys trying to get back to normal after the trip,
my bench was shit pressed 180 but turned down the lost 182.5 well never mind had a new shirt and thing the cut was wrong well i am not going to cry over spilt milk next time
got to say think the teams was ok clive had a bad day but i am sure he will bounce back from it.
the venue was great it was a big tennis center wath the accomodation and lifting all together i got to say it was top class
