Not a bad lift either ;)
Has anyone had any sucess/experience with techniques to improve their arch?

I watched his technique in finland, awesome. I don't know how he can pull what he does and be as flexible in the back as he is.
It's not just your lower back though, it's your hips that also need to be subtle.

In his book "The Benchmonster", Ryan Kennelly recommends putting a piece of 2" pipe under your lower back while benching to help create the arch.

I've tried the pipe method-its a bit painful at first but you soon get used to it. Even better (for me at least) was floor presses on a smith machine. No I'm not a heretic, I found that when my elbows hit the floor I could still arch my back that bit extra to allow my chest to touch the bar.

Can't remember the lifter's name, but there is a photo of a chap (110kg class) in Kelso's Shrug Book who is arching over a can of soft drink (330ml size) which is standing upright. Looks like a contortionist - a good 15cm+ elevation. Freaky.

Since my copy of Kelso's shrug book is within arm's length... The fizzy pop arching dude is apparently Collin Rhodes. Is that the "Pooh Bear" bloke who posts on Goheavy?! I guess it is.

Yep, that's him. Is that the most ridiculous arch you've ever seen?
