Having seen some of the Russian nominations for the europeans thought you guys might find it interesting to have a look at the winning numbers form the russian nationals, the womens results are awesome, in the mens the battle in the 110's must have been something to watch.:shock:

Seen the clip of Yuri pulling 360kg @ 100kg which was impressive, 405kg at 110kg, is just AWESOME!!!!........110kg suits him better, he looked too thin at 100kg.

they are all great pullers i think this is what pushes them past alot of the worlds other lifters who are just amazing squatters and benchers and then lose 50kg on the pull:mrgreen:

They all seem to be 3 lift lifters. They don't have a bad discipline.
They squat, bench and pull massive.

I think Marina is arguably the best Female lifter ever and one of the Best Male or Female lifters. She's been IPF World Champion 8 times (4 times overall best lifter) and 2 times World Games Best Lifter
