That 430kg looked hard, he worked hard to finish that, awesome lifting.

When I lifted conventional with that metal deadlifter I had to wear the belt high to help get a breath and stop it digging into my rib cage, he has it even higher than I did, I don't think it's doing much for him.

That is just fucking impressive!! I love the rounded back, high legs and narrow feet. Phil at Genises would be in shock seeing that but Konstantin can't half pull a weight!! How much did he weigh? 125kg??

Louis Simmons said all the best conventional pullers use a round back, can't argue with him when you see Konstantin pulling massive like that.

He weighed exactly 124.8kg.
