The 3rd season of The Ultimate Fighter starts this week.

I have only seen bits of the 1st two seasons on fast forward, as I thought most of the guys were pricks, but this one should be good.

We have Ken and Tito as coaches, which should be entertaining, and UK's Mike Bisping is in it, unboubtedly the best UK light heavyweight, and possibly the best pound for pound fighter in the UK full stop.

I think Tito can smash Forrest if he gets his head in the right place, and does not do silly things like trying to stand up with him.

I like Tito too, I think he is entertaining to watch, and I like his post fight comments, except that time when he went off about the fighting and soldiers in Iraq, he just came over as a bit of a cock then.

Forrest has alot of Heart! Tito is coming back from lossing 2 big fights against Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell. Tito will not find this a easy fight. Look for Forrest to cause a big upset.

The big one i am waiting to see is at UFC 60: Hughes vs. Gracie - 27/05/2006

Ken Shamrock is such a cock! How can he stand there and give attitude to Tito after he got smashed to bits by him (and he will again)????

I would be pissed if I went over there and got put on Ken's team. He brings in a fucking bodybuilder as a coach, and by his own admission is not very good at subs and ju jitsu. Surely a decent BJJ guy would have been a more sensible person to bring?

I respect (almost) everyone who gets in there and has a fight; but Ken is not, and has never been a great fighter, he needs to retire before he becomes a bigger laughing stock than he already is.

I'm glad to see Mike B got on Tito's team, and one of the 1st picks too. I think it will do great things for him, as his main weakness is his wrestling, IMO a possible future UFC LHW champion.

yea, it seems the guys on shamrocks team know they got a raw deal but dont really wanna admit it to themselves - tito seems so much more involved in the training, yea shamrock is just too old - he is from the days when you didnt need to be well versed in every discipline, he cant seem to win a fight these days - when he faught recently in pride he definatley cowered in the corner then claimed he was ready to carry on, bah humbug !!

do any of you fella know the 2 brits + how r they at fighting ?

I dont know Mike Bisping personally, but I have seen him fight a few times, and a guy who I trained with fought him. He is very good, he took Epstien apart on two occasions, now Epstien is not a class fighter by any stretch of the imagination, but he is a tough guy, and Mike schooled him.

He won the Cage Rage LHW championship, which was then taken away from him by the nobs who run Cage Rage, after he won the Cage Warriors title.

He is undefeted in MMA at this time. I think he will do very well.
