And what's a Shoulder Horn then Jorg - is it some sort of Bavarian musical instrument?

See the link Rob, its a handy bit of kit, to help prevent bench monsters like you ruining, those brittle old rotor cuffs. You can't bench shit when those are damaged!

nice pressing!!!

How do you rate that x-type???
It is my second shirt. I had the Metal Bencher before. The X-Type is much stronger in the lookout. For me it is very easy to learn and very comfortable to wear. I highly recomend it. :)

Is your heavy breating and sweating a result of getting heavier then Jorg? I'm 153kgs at the moment and if I walk for more than 100 yds I break into a sweat!!

Yes it is the weight gain. I am 5 KG over my normal contest weight. But i am also much stronger.
By the way i watcht the german WPC nationals last weekend. Sergej Moser ( -125 KG ) did 1100 KG ( 450, 275, 375 ). He is niw the srongest german powerlifter of all time. Dietmar Zint ( +140 KG ) did 1050 KG ( 410, 300, 340 ). Long way to go for as Rob.

Those are some BIG numbers Jorg!

When I started powerlifting back last year I weighed 138kgs but as you've noticed, I feeel much stronger at 154 although it can hard work carrying all the extra weight around with you all the time. I've just started to try and reduce the body fay a bit so I'm going to continue doing that slowly and see how I get on. After all, it'll be summer soon !!!!

This is a very big weight gain for the short time. I belive the body needs time to get yoused to the aditional weight. This takes some time.
