It should be a good day! The venue is nice and should be quite a few lifters there for those who are going there is a presentation evening on the saturday night at the huntsman in bath this is where the promoter greg ashford will be giving out the overall best lifter trophies amongst buffet etc.

University of bath ,sports training village ,claverton down, Bath

22-23rd of april sat and sunday provisionally powerlifting on saturday bench press on sunday

The evening will be at the huntsman pub/club

in the centre of bath and the time will be announced at the event

Yeah i'll be there Chris. Looking forward to it, should be some good lifters. To weeks of heavy trainnig left to go. I here Gregg is collecting the Monolift and oversized Bars so we'll have the best equipment.

Yeah I'll be competing in the OPEN 82.5kg class.

Yeah I've heard from Dai your competing. Your be up again Paul Murphy then, should be good competition? What lifts are you hoping for in single ply?
I would guess Paul will be going around 310-320, 165, 285-290.
I think entry closing date is saturday so all competing better make sure entry forms are in.

I will be doing the friday weigh in slots at the university!

If anyone is struggling with weight i have a members card for use of the sauna that lifters can borrow!

Chris isn't lifting in the BPO British, he is just concentrating on the BPC British in June.
