I have been weight training for 2 yrs ( solid since last june) and enjoy goin to the gym, i used to train in my shed but out grew it a little.
i am now a 16 stone porker looking to get some shape back then see how my lifts are affected and mabie look into a powerlifting routine etc.

you weigh 102kg at 5ft7:???: you wouldnt think that to look at the pics...you dont really look like you have alot of fat to lose so you prob will be competing under 100kg or 110kg if you decide to add alot of mass.

cheers guys - yea, the full version included out takes, 1 rep maxes and some other bits - it sold for 14 quid !!!
might be tempted out of retirement to make a powerlifting one:confused:

What software did you use to edit the video?
some very expensive adobe stuff - my mate helped me , so i cant take all the credit, now he's gone and sold the software (he paid 1300 quid !!!) so next time its windows movie maker;)

That looks like a great place to train. And it look's like a lot of ball bustin' goes on there as well.

right, i've only got a few weeks then to get my bank account and paypal sorted out so i can get the video. is it going to be as good as the first one though?
mmmmm, the whole project has been put on hold due to my backers in western sudan having to go to war with a neighboring village over...yes,you guessed it , the rights to the wildboar action figure.
many have been lost.
