hi guys here is the up to date timetable for the event
day one
women 44 to 67.5
men 52 to 75 first weigh in 9.00 to 10.30
lifting to start at 11.00
men 82.5 1.00 to 2.30
start at 3.00

day two
women 75 to 90+
men 90 first weigh in 8.30 to 10.00
start at 10.30

men 100 11.30 to 1.00
start 1.30

men 110 to 125+ 1.30 to 3.00
start at 3.30

i will be lifting on the first day but i will be there for the whole weekend so i may catch up with some of you who are coming along
