extremely easy 390 kg del. impressive - looked like a last warm up set! my goal by march 2007 is to hit a 250 kg squat. any chance of you posting your exercises you to do improve your squat. many thanks!

Mondays Dynamic Box Squat and Heavy Deadlift
Box Squat (RAW OR LOOSE BREIFS OR LOOSE SUIT BOTTOMS, NO KNEE WRAPS!)
week 1 6 sets of 2 reps 50%
week 2 6 sets of 2 reps 55%
week 3 6 sets of 2 reps 60%
3 weeks with bands then 3 weeks with out bands
Heavy Deadlift
Lower Back, Hamstrings, Abs and Grip work
Thursdays Heavy Squat and Dynamic Deadlift
Heavy Squat
Dynamic Deadlift
week 1 10 sets of 1 rep 50%
week 2 10 sets of 1 rep 55%
week 3 10 sets of 1 rep 60%
