Cheers Ricky, I'm looking forward to it mate! I don't think I've ever eaten as much as I have over the past week, I hope their scales go way beyond 150 but then again, Jim Blanchflower and Andy Thompson aren't exactly small blokes are they and they'll be there in my class with their 260 openers no doubt :-(

WELL DONE TO ALL
Seems like successes all round.....bit disappointed not to see any NI benchers there tho'.
PHIL: thats some awesome benchin........you been spending too much time with Deano!
ROB: Superb mate, got over that 230 issue........where you scared when you missed the first 220?
Rob Thomas

The first 220 just felt wierd, I lowerd the bar too high up my chest or something and it didn't feel like I'd got it to touch so I fiddled around with it a bit at the bottom which then messed up the lift. I wasn't bothered about it as 210 felt like an empty bar in the warmup - I was just a bit pissed off because I felt that I'd wasted a lift messing with a weight that#s usually an easy lift for me.
The 2nd 220 felt light and the 232.5 didn't feel too bad but looking at the video, I think I need to be a bit more explosive.

Well done Robt. What had you planed for the third lift? What is coming next?

Hi jorg. I didn't have any lifts planned to be honest. I didn't even know what Phil had put me in for on the ones I did! I've been having a bit of a problem with 230 lately so Phil decided that he was going to put the weights in and not tell me what they were.
