id like to say thank you to nick and paul rees for staying down in dover for an xtra night to help me and chalky bomber prepare for our comps, there both top guys and had a lot of successful young lifters from dwn there gym in bournmouth, it was a shame that there under18 90k guy didnt compete because what nick said he lifted in his last comp with just a belt on is insane 230, 155, 255, his brother was in the under18 75kilo class i cant remember his lifts bt he was also a strong guy, thanks again nick and paul.:-D

Well done to all that lifted .
And I agree with Todd about what good guys Paul and Nick are.
Shame Randy did not lift those weights he does at only 16 years of age are outstanding.

Thanks tod was a good wknd mate, Randy will lift in the summer at the unequipped nationals you'll see more of what he can do then!

Overall standard of juniors was definately up on previous years (no bombers too) only bodes well for the future.

If one of you welsh lads could send me a little bit of a write up about who entered, where they are from, what they lifted and where they placed then I'll add it to the news section in www.welshpowerlifting.com aswell.

And I made the squat rack and bench that was used in that comp.
It ajusts like an ER one and is to IPF spec.

I can confirm that the rack and bench were fucking top notch... even though I did only manage to get one squat and one bench in... bah! :p

<--- The rack is in my avatar
