I remember when I first met you and Monica at the WSA Welsh last year John (my first comp). I'd just finished my first squat and was standing around waiting and Monica asked if I'd like some advice, so I told her that I would and her advice was "take those knee wraps off, your calves are turning blue!".

Well, it WAS my first comp - and the first time I'd worn knee wraps lol!!
