New year new pics new stats, some are shakey as i have shakey hands after trainin (new camera on the way with image stabilisation ooooo!) and one with baby to give you some thing proportianol to gauge off, weighed in at just over 15st 7 this mornin ( 217lbs just over 98kg i think) just over 6'2" tall i look ok seeing as ive only just began my for summer training. slag me off if ya want i dont give a shit i diguised my face n the timed shots cos the timer took so damn long i look like im about to shit myself, so now i look like a french man and magnum pi & a pirate, oh yeah im sweaty in the timed pics cos i had just done 40 mins cardio, the current routine is listed as well as what i gained in the past 12 months as i have just done measurements etc.

Thaks Justin, i think 600 raw this year will fall, thatd be sweet, i hope to move to equiped when i have got the 600, and some money, as think that is going to help me get much stronger

The weights are going up Bengdogg, it's always good to meet up with others and go for a max out but sometimes all the standing round waiting for your turn doesn't help much.

It was my first time in a monolift too, id never seen one in the flesh beofre and i found it a bit odd, also bar was very thick and didnt flex like mine, i think the pinned me at the bottom asw i kind of use the whip for momentum due to always squatting olyy style untill past few months

Comments: Didn’t complete the full session as I was baby sitting at the same time as training, tbh I’d had enough by where I left the session, now I am a little lighter (210.5 am – 215.5lbs pm) I have lost a little strength but I feel good and look better for it, I can also walk up stairs without feeling like I’m about to collapse at the top my heaviest weight was 235lbs pm so I am basically 19 ½ lbs lighter than I was without loosing too much strength, worth it imo. 3/5

Comments: Had a really tough day at work so I was far to tired to attempt the full session, I measured my bar and the rings are 90cm apart so I have had to narrow my grip a finger width to keep it a legal 81cm so that made things seem odd (crazy what 1 finger difference feels like on the benching. Otherwise everything else was ok, just trying to sort a sleep related back and shoulder niggle. 3/5

Also re strength fludtuation this is more to do with me deiting down atm, i have lost 21lbs since just before xmas, i think i will wait till im over 30 before i let myself get fat, lean gains are what its all about atm, so ovbviously my strength has gone down a bit, i think i will still wipe the floor with you may 27 th :D i will be coming that manc meet with dmpm all being well at least 250 deadlift this time

Of course my squats are nice depth!!!! :O I set my rack up so i touch the bar on the safteys when i am below parrelel, i cant even hit depth till i have about 130 on my back but i do use a full rack width stance, i was originally an oly squatter but knees prevent that now so i actually have issues making sure i dont go too deep and waste effort getting back up, thats whuy i use such a wide stance to create sping in the hips and glutes ( thats where i think it hits) also i did kung fu for years and cuould do the splits so flexibility isnt an issue

kind of lau gar kung fu, some mma and some kick boxing over the years, i miss the knock tbh but i just havnt the time, i am toying with a return to biking 1 hour a week soon whn the nights are brighter as i really miss that too

Comments: A fairly ok workout but not great, I haven’t trained enough lately and I tend to lose my grove if I am not training 3 – 4 times a week, the deadlifts were shit for grip as my dog ate all my chalk earlier in the week so I haven’t got any atm, also on the 200kg deadlift as I went to take it from the floor something didn’t feel right in my back so I took it as a warning and played safe. 2/5

yeah i am striping fat i want lean gains if i go over 100 lean thats cool, but i was waddling around at 107 getting shitty remarks about how fat i had become behind my back, im a sensitive sort and i take these comments harsly so now in their faces as i have my 6 pack back and look athletic as fuck lol
